As per your Service Level Agreement, you are required to send us your printer’s meter readings on a monthly basis. To assist you in removing the disruption of a meter reading request, United Business Solutions offers an online Meter Reading Submissions service. Please complete the form below to submit your monthly meter readings for your printing device(s).
Please note we do offer a service called PrintFleet that monitors your devices meter readings, amongst other things. Which means our service desk is automatically sent your device’s meter readings on monthly basis, completely removing the need for you spend time on this. Please enquire via email or phone should you wish to install this software.
